Junior Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Consultant with a Project Manager mindset

At Projectum, we’re looking for a junior consultant – either a recent graduate or a student close to graduation – who’s eager to grow into a project management and implementation role. If you're passionate about digital tools, project processes, and helping organizations work smarter, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be part of real implementation projects

We work on projects of all sizes, and as a junior consultant, you’ll be supporting experienced colleagues on 2–5 customer projects at a time. This means you’ll get hands-on experience from day one, including exposure to:

• Supporting workshops and requirement gathering

• Helping define and document user needs

• Participating in solution configuration

• Supporting testing and user training

• Learning about change management and user adoption

You’ll also learn how to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams – something we believe is key to delivering real value.

Flexible work and real responsibility

We believe in flexibility and trust. Most of our work can be done online, so you can work from home, one of our offices in Aarhus or Søborg, or a mix of both. Some customer interaction may happen on-site, so occasional travel may be part of the experience too.

What we imagine about you:

• You’re studying or have recently completed a degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• You’re structured, curious, and eager to learn

• You’re interested in digital tools and how organizations manage projects and portfolios

• You enjoy working with people and thrive in a collaborative environment

• You speak and write English fluently

It’s a bonus (but not a must!) if you:

• Know about project management methods (agile or traditional)

• Have some experience with tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or similar
