Join our Technical Service & Support team as a Technical Support Consultant. In this role, you’ll blend technical expertise with a proactive approach, ensuring our customers’ solutions remains cutting-edge and the experience seamless operations. As a vital link between technical development and service management, you'll be instrumental in propelling our customers towards optimal product utility, driving both stability and innovative enhancements.

We're on the lookout for candidates who:

  • Boast 2-3 years of expertise as a super user, consultant, or technical supporter.
  • Understand the nuances and complexities of customer relationship management and uphold service excellence.
  • Are well-versed with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform/Azure) and latest trends and best practices within our niche.
  • Understand Project, Portfolio, and/or Resource Management, OKR concepts, and supportive methodologies like agile, traditional, and hybrid frameworks (this is a plus)
  • Are proficient in both Danish and English.

Specifics

Full-time (37,5 hours per week)
